After church on Easter Sunday we headed to Belton ... We all met at Nena and PawPaw's for lunch and to hunt more eggs ...

Boots had a big surprised for the kids ... This is Pokey ... he is a really gentle horse for the kids (and Banty too) ... He comes by his name honest ... he is in no hurry to get anywhere ... which is perfect for the kids ...
Mr. Mitchell and his wife Vickey raised Pokey on their ranch and I know it had to be hard to let him go ... but we are so thankful they decided to share him with us ! We are very attached to Pokey already ! Boots and Ellie already went to the feed store in town to pick out special treats for him ....
