Playing Outside ….

these days, when the weather is nice,  our afternoon consist of sidewalk chalk, bubbles, playing ball with buddy, watering plants and riding her little scooter … anything to be outside :)

   and if it’s raining … then we play with umbrella’s …..  

Poteet Strawberry Festival

 

We enjoyed a fun family day at the Poteet Strawberry Festival !  Ellie loved all the rides and games ! 

  She was so excited when she actually caught the little sharks …

She also picked out a strawberry plant while we were there …  yummy …

Ellie’s Getting A Sister ….

Yes … that’s right … another girl !  We are so excited !  I love that Ellie is going to have a sister !  Everything on the sonogram looked good … we will have another sono in a couple weeks … so hopefully I will have more pictures !The sonogram pictures didn’t come out the greatest … The tech said that the particular machine we were using was known for printing way to dark …. but here they are anyway !       This last picture is of her little feet …

Easter At Boots and Banty’s

 

The girls … all ready to hunt eggs …  we were not trying to leave Tate out … we were actually keeping the girls busy … Tate was so excited to hunt eggs that when he came running to get his basket he tripped and really skinned up his knee … poor little guy … so we were buying Tate some time with these pictures …

Ellie really listened to Boots tell the resurrection story this year … at the end, when Boots opened the last egg and it was empty … Ellie said in a very country voice … “It was empty? “ and Boots said “yes, that’s right … the tomb was empty” … she then turns to me and shouts “Mama, it was empty”  …. Love it !
