A funny big sister story …
When we were giving Katelyn her first bath, in the kitchen sick, Ellie pulled up her little chair and was so excited … she couldn’t wait to help. She held up the scrub brush we use on the dishes and in pure innocence said “ I clean baby sister” !
Another fun big sister story …
She picked up the bottle and top attachment to my breast pump the other day and said “this for your nipple?” Didn’t even know she knew that word !
For the last couple months I was worried that this little outfit that I had picked out for her to come home in, wouldn’t fit … but it did … with room to spare :)

Our sweet Katelyn is here … We had a planned c-section on Sept 8th, but at 4 am on Sept 1st , my water broke … so we quickly headed to the hospital. Luckily Banty was here and was able to stay home with big sister Ellie … such a blessing to have her here ! Once we got to the hospital things happened fast, my contractions we getting stronger and closer together, and baby Kate’s heart rate dropped … that moved us into the c-section very quickly. She came out screaming at 6:54 am. She is a healthy 7 lbs 7 oz and 19 inches long ! We are so thankful for our newest little miracle ! I will have more pictures up soon !
